Finding Your Level

Ability Levels Explained

Not sure which level is right for your child? Here's a guide to what each ability level means.

Beginner

No previous experience needed. Perfect for first-time gymnasts aged 3+. Our coaches will introduce fundamental movement skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Intermediate

For gymnasts who have completed the beginner programme or have equivalent experience. Introduction to discipline-specific skills on all apparatus.

Advanced

For gymnasts with strong fundamentals ready to develop competitive-level skills. Rigorous training with a focus on technique refinement and conditioning.

Competitive

Invitation only. Gymnasts demonstrating exceptional potential and commitment. Intensive bespoke programmes targeting regional and national competition goals.
